Write to us at support@alpwindgames.com. We answer in English or German, usually within two working days.

Closed test

Iron Deck is in a closed test on Android. If you want to take part, send an email with the subject “Iron Deck test” and the Google account address you use on your phone. We add you to the tester list and reply with the Play Store link.

Before you report a bug

• Tell us the phone model and the Android version.
• Tell us roughly when the match happened; we keep match records for a few days and can replay them.
• A screen recording helps more than a description.

Common questions

The result took long to appear. The server replays every match before it counts. That normally takes a few seconds; if your phone lost signal right after the match, it can take up to half a minute.

I changed phones and lost my rank. During the closed test your progress is tied to the device. Account linking with Google Play Games comes before the public release.

Someone is rude in the chat. Tap and hold the message and choose “Report message” – reports go straight to us and we review them. With “Hide player” you no longer see that player's messages on your phone. Offensive words are filtered automatically.

Delete your account

In the app: open More → Configuration → Delete account, type DELETE in German (“LÖSCHEN”) to confirm and tap “Endgültig löschen”. Your account is deleted right away, together with your progress, cards, decks, leaderboard entries, chat messages and alliance membership. The next time you open the app you start as a new player.

Without the app: email privacy@alpwindgames.com with the subject “Delete account” and your player name. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. Reported chat messages are kept for up to 12 months while we review the report; nothing else is kept. Details are in the privacy policy.

Fehler bitte mit Handymodell, Android-Version und ungefährer Uhrzeit des Matches melden. Dein Konto löschst du in der App unter Mehr → Konfiguration → Konto löschen; ohne App reicht eine E-Mail mit deinem Spielernamen an privacy@alpwindgames.com. Beleidigende Chat-Nachrichten kannst du direkt im Chat melden (Nachricht gedrückt halten → „Nachricht melden“); mit „Spieler ausblenden“ siehst du die Nachrichten dieses Spielers nicht mehr.
